About Mahd Sports Academy

Mahd Sports Academy is the nation's leading institution for sports excellence, established as one of the strategic initiatives under the targets of Saudi Vision 2030. It serves as a fully integrated sports environment dedicated to discovering, nurturing, and refining talent in accordance with the highest international standards. The Academy aims to build a new generation of champions capable of representing the Kingdom at regional and international sporting events, while contributing to the development of the sports sector and elevating Saudi Arabia's standing on the global sports map.

Mahd Sports Academy was established by Council of Ministers Resolution No. (654), dated 05/11/1442 AH, which mandated that the Academy shall be dedicated to developing and advancing sporting talent, disseminating knowledge, and applying technical methodologies across age groups. It aims to achieve national, regional, and continental sporting excellence, and reports organizationally to the Minister of Sport. A subsequent Council of Ministers Resolution No. (10), dated 04/01/1444 AH, was issued to set out the organizational arrangements for Mhad Sports Academy.
