Taekwondo Tryouts (2012-2018)

1. All data and information entered in the registration form are true and accurate, and I bear full responsibility for any incorrect information. The Academy has the right to exclude the candidate if otherwise is proven.
2. The candidate is medically fit and does not suffer from any chronic diseases or health conditions that prevent participation in sports activities. I undertake to immediately inform the Academy of any health updates or important information that may affect the candidate’s participation.
3. Registration in the program does not guarantee acceptance or enrolment in Mahd Sports Academy. The Academy has the right to determine the program’s schedules and activities in accordance with its technical and organizational standards.
4. I agree to media coverage of the activities, including photography and videography, and the use of media materials on the Academy’s official platforms and social media accounts, without any financial claims.
5. I agree that the Academy may use the candidate’s data, including sensitive data when applicable, for the purpose of building the Academy’s database, in accordance with Council of Ministers Resolution No. (10) dated 4/1/1444H.
6. I agree to the use of such data in scientific studies and research aimed at developing and improving the quality of sports and medical care, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Law, with the Academy’s commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and not using it beyond the authorized purposes.
7. I agree to be contacted via text messages (SMS) or approved messaging applications such as WhatsApp regarding program schedules and any related updates.
8. I undertake to ensure that the candidate adheres to the Academy’s approved instructions and organizational and behavioural regulations during participation in the program.
9. I acknowledge that the Academy is not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from failure to comply with the approved instructions or guidelines.
10. The Academy has the right to exclude the candidate in the event of a breach of any of the terms or regulations, without any consequences.
